Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Utilize your knowledge of personal and corporate tax to provide expert tax planning and consultation services to our clients.
- Assist high net worth individuals in understanding and managing their tax liabilities, using your expertise to provide tailored advice and strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the most up-to-date and accurate tax advice.
- Work closely with other members of our team to provide comprehensive financial services to our clients.
- Assist with internal audits and tax disputes as needed.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all tax-related activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation, including experience with personal tax, corporate tax, and high net worth individuals.
- Proficiency in tax software and other financial software.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide clear, concise tax advice.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prepare and file accurate tax returns.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is preferred.
