We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our dynamic tax team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax, with a focus on partnerships, S-corps, C-Corps, business, tax, Pass-Throughs & HNWI. As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals and ensuring that all tax-related activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of tax professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
• Prepare and review tax returns for partnerships, S-corps, C-Corps, and other business entities
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
• Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of tax-related issues
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
• Review and analyze financial statements to identify tax-related issues and opportunities
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that all tax-related activities are completed on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that clients are informed of any relevant changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification required
• 5+ years of experience in tax, with a focus on partnerships, S-corps, C-Corps, business, tax, Pass-Throughs, & HNWI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software programs
