Tech Lead

My client needs a hands on programming lead to focus on their device integrations team, mainly mentoring and leading a small team while programming each and every day. Time spent in this role will be half in the code and half with management tasks/responsibilities.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent experience
Strong experience in C# and multithreaded programming
8+ years of relevant work experience and 1+ year of proven leadership responsibility
Ability to predict and manage (i.e.: make and meet commitments)
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to build and sustain trust through relationships with others
Leadership in a team environment
