Job Details

3 Things that are Needed for our Technical Support Manager job:

  • 2+ years managing a team of 5 or more support technicians
  • 2+ years of technical support experience within a Microsoft Windows environment, directly supporting end users day to day needs
  • Expertise with some of the following technologies: Active Directory, Office 365, Ring Central (or similar IP based phone software), Help Desk Ticketing Systems, Remote Support Tools, Custom Software Applications

  • Lead and grow a highly skilled support team to solve issues with great care and speed
  • Champion company projects, ensuring the proper resources are allocated for success
  • Hands-on with tickets and projects, especially as a support escalation, for both hardware and SaaS products support
