Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Scientific industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical products, with a proven track record of providing excellent technical support. This is a full-time position that ideal candidates have 0-3 years of experience in the field.


  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and virtual/video troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic products
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide timely solutions
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide on-site support to customers as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to customers
  • Train customers on proper use and maintenance of products


  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Technical Support, preferably in the Scientific industry
  • Strong technical skills in Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic products
  • Experience with fault diagnosis and application troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
