We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our consulting team in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

1. Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of clinical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to applicant tracking and onboarding.
2. Performing detailed reference checks, background checks, and verification processes to ensure the credibility and suitability of potential hires.
3. Utilizing talent management strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
4. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job postings.
5. Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
6. Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist position, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare sector.
2. Proven experience in interviewing, qualifying, and onboarding candidates for clinical roles.

7. Experience in conducting thorough reference checks, background checks, and verification processes.
