As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your assigned territory, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Concrete pipe, Storm Water Management, and Specification Sales.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and develop sales campaigns.
- Direct product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
- Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
- Coordinate preparation of sales material including presentations, brochures, etc.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, or other subjects of sale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with Concrete pipe, Storm Water Management, and Specification Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Valid driver's license.
