Job Details
Responsibilities:

2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors in the construction industry.
3. Conduct regular cold calls and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
4. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our product range.
5. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth and customer retention.
7. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to a range of audiences, from technical staff to executive-level decision-makers.
8. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Proficient knowledge of construction materials and techniques, particularly Epoxy Grouts, concrete repair, waterproofing, and Cementitious products.
3. Demonstrated experience in territory management, with the ability to plan and manage sales activities across a large geographic area.
4. Proven expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and contractor sales.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and industry professionals.
6. Strong technical understanding of construction processes and products, with the ability to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
8. Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory.
9. Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution sales in the construction industry.
