Title Manager - In office position

Responsibilities:

  • This person will have a minimum of 15 years title experience.
  • Ability to solve issues within the chain of title
  • Work with underwriters
  • Work all property types, sectional, lot and block and commercial etc..
  • Must have a professional attitude and work ethic
  • Impact, Green Folders, Datatrace, Datatree and recording software A+
  • Ability to manager 10 employees effectively
