We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Transaction Advisory Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with acquisitions, mergers, and CPA. This is a challenging and exciting role that requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction advisory services.

Responsibilities:
- Lead due diligence engagements for clients across a range of industries
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction advisory services
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality transaction advisory services
- Assist with business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- CPA certification required
- 3+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, including acquisitions and mergers
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
