Hybrid or Remote in Houston, Austin, Dallas, or Fort Worth TX
TAS/ Transaction Advisory Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance required, Master’s preferred
CPA required or other applicable certification
5+ years of experience in external audit in public accounting, or equivalent work experience and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience
2+ years of direct Transaction Advisory Services experience
Demonstrate an advanced understanding of technical accounting literature with GAAP
Possess experience with due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers, analyzing financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management, and preparing pro forma financial information
Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills
Proven ability to recruit, manage, mentor, and develop staff
Demonstrated acumen for business development and willingness/desire to participate in growing the current practice in a designated geographic market
