Transit Electrical Estimator

We are currently on the search for a Transit Electrical Estimator with a proven background in preparing estimates for transit construction projects.

As a Transit Electrical Estimator on our team, we are looking for:

• Four-year degree in engineering, construction management, or construction-related course of study from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or related experience with an electrical contractor or in a comparable industry.
• Knowledge of plan reading and interpretation, quantity takeoff, and strong Microsoft Excel skills a must.
• Knowledge of estimating software, such as HCSS HeavyBid.
• Familiarity with transit power systems (Overhead Catenary, Third-Rail, Traction Power Substations)
