Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Civil Engineering
• 3+ years' experience with transportation / roadway / highway development projects
• Familiar with NCDOT standards
• Experience with MicroStation, InRoads, and/or AutoCAD
• PE, or ability to obtain

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan production of highway/roadway improvement projects: including horizontal/vertical alignments, ADA compliance, drainage design, utilities relocation, etc...
• Help create estimates and track budgets, scope, and schedules
• Active involvement in the project development process and review design calculations for QA/QC purposes
