Traveling Superintendent - Ground-Up Retail Construction

Based in the Southeast, we are a leading General Contractor that specializes in Commercial Construction. This includes shopping centers, grocery stores, car washes, cinemas, offices, medical facilities and more.

Right now, we are hiring in our ground-up division and are looking for a Superintendent with single-tenant Retail experience. Most of our work is in TN but regional travel will occasionally be required.

MUST HAVE
+ Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
+ Experience with ground-up, single-tenant retail construction
+ Able to travel throughout the Southeast

NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with car wash construction
