Job Details
- Strong working knowledge of necessary LIHTC compliance and project requiremnets
- Ensure all safety policies are followed by all employees
- Ensure work done per schedule per contract on time on budget
- Assist in procuring materials, trade partners, and vendors for projects
- Evaluate specs for plan procedures, start and completion dates are met and partners notified of any schedule changes
- Coordinate with property manager in scheduling inspections with all local inspectors
