** Projects will mostly be in Atlanta and the Southeast with each project being between 8mo-12mo **

• The Traveling Superintendent will be the company representative and will serve as the company's point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required
• You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
• Oversee & Manage the project schedules and budgets
• Oversee, Develop, and Maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
• Work with team to develop safety plans and implement safety procedures
• Manage project deliverables
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting
