Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Permanent Construction Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Federal Construction, government projects, and Construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any quality control issues.
  • Ensure that all construction materials and equipment meet project specifications and are properly tested and approved.
  • Review and approve all submittals, including shop drawings, product data, and samples.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality control standards are met.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on quality control issues, progress, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Federal Construction, government projects, and Construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management software.
