Qualifications

10+ years of proven, relevant experience managing forecasting models

Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, finance or related discipline required; MBA, CFA or equivalent

Experience developing and maintaining cash flow forecasting/modeling

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

High level of critical and logical thinking and comfort with ambiguity

Incredible attention to detail and ownership of business outcomes

Proven track record for leading a team to successful outcomes

Process improvement experience within treasury function


Responsibilities

This global role maintains close collaboration and partnership with the Planning Analysis, Procurement, Accounting, Finance Operations, and Tax teams to create accurate forecasting data, maintain and evolve our cash models, advise the business on matters of liquidity and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Oversee the wire release, bank approvals and reconciliations
This position will report to the Sr

Establish a weekly cadence for cross-departmental data gathering to ensure accurate forecasting model
Develop and maintain a Domestic and International short and long term cash flow/liquidity forecasting models in collaboration with cross-functional department leaders (Procurement, Licensing, Sales, Payroll, and Franchisees) track and analyze variances and make recommendations based on your analysis
Advise the business where needed
Work closely with the overall Treasury Team, lead and/or support projects as needed and cross-train on your areas of expertise
Work with Accounting to perform month and quarter end close activities related to bank reconciliations
Build a deep understanding of our operating business and develop meaningful relationships with cross-functional partners
Serve as the main point of contact for bank relationships and subject matter expert on bank portals
Ensure regulations and compliance standards are adhered to within a global business model
