We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Permanent Trust and Probate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Permanent Trust and Probate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to estate and trust, probate, trust funding, and estate taxes. You will work closely with clients to help them navigate complex legal issues related to their personal and business assets. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to estate and trust, probate, trust funding, and estate taxes.
• Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings.
• Assist clients with trust funding, including the transfer of assets into trusts.
• Advise clients on estate tax planning strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to estate and trust laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the states of MA, NH, or ME
• 5+ years of experience in estate and trust, probate, trust funding, and estate taxes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
