Trusts & Estates Attorney

Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in trusts and estates
Active and in good standing license in Massachusetts

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Massachusetts required
Superior communication, writing, and research skills
Legal project management experience is helpful

Responsibilities:

• Direct experience with sophisticated estate planning, drafting and administration
• Direct client contact with our significant private client base of high net worth individuals and families, family offices, closely held businesses, and national charities and foundations.

Establishment of a variety of trusts, including the following:

• Revocable Living Trusts
• Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts
• Charitable Lead Trusts
• Charitable Remainder Unitrusts
• Dynasty Trusts
• Generation-Skipping Trusts
• Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts
• Qualified Personal Residence Trusts
• Spousal Estate Reduction Trusts
