Job Details

  • Prepare and arrange bid packages, including but not limited to takeoffs, detailed estimates, and pricing options from the appropriate vendors
  • High involvement in pre-construction requirements such as bidding, negotiating, planning, and determining scope of work
  • Expected to work closely with management to ensure success at each point of the construction process from bid to closeout
  • Assist in procurement, management, and completion of subcontracts and purchase orders with our customers and vendors

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of heavy/civil estimating experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
