We are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager to join our Urban Planning team. This role will be a vital part of our Engineering industry, contributing to the sustainable development of our urban landscapes. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for urban planning and development, landscape planning, and environmental engineering. You will be responsible for leading projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects meet environmental, safety, structural, and aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage urban planning projects from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
2. Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop detailed project plans.
3. Conduct environmental impact assessments and secure necessary permits for projects.
4. Utilize AutoCAD 3D to draft, design, and present project proposals.
5. Oversee the creation of construction documents, ensuring they meet all regulatory and safety standards.
6. Incorporate landscape architecture principles into project designs, enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of urban spaces.
7. Champion community redevelopment initiatives, working closely with local communities to ensure their needs and interests are represented in project plans.
8. Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and adjust schedules as needed.
9. Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
10. Stay updated with latest trends, technologies, and regulations in urban planning and engineering.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in urban planning and development, landscape planning, and environmental engineering.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and other relevant software.
4. Extensive knowledge of environmental impacts and permitting processes.
5. Experience in community redevelopment and landscape architecture.
6. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
9. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
