The Vendor Compliance Analyst is responsible for the timely onboarding of new accounts and to ensure that all vendor compliance requirements, as communicated from our accounts, are documented; disseminated to all relevant teams; and adhered to.
*This role will also assist in the administration of Vendor Compliance requirements and support cross functional teams in researching charge backs as needed.

  • Review, evaluate and update Vendor Compliance policies and procedures, as needed to remain compliant with vendor compliance requirements.
  • Create, update, and maintain Vendor Compliance account files and update system tools, databases, spreadsheets, and documents, as necessary.
  • Review customer electronic guides for updates ensuring that any new Vendor Compliance requirements are communicated timely to all relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requirements and update system tools, databases, spreadsheets, and documents, as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain compliance guides to be used by shipping team.
  • Primary point of contact for cross functional teams in support of vendor compliance inquiries, including audits and troubleshooting of compliance errors on ticketing, labeling, and shipping instructions.
  • Liaison between cross functional teams: "Company" internal (including Sales, IT, EDI, Credit, Import/Export, Sales Op’s, Sales Support & Customer Care), Warehouse and our customers relating to vendor compliance items.
  • Support / facilitate a smooth process for vendor on-boarding (new customer set-up).
  • Audit and approve packing, labeling/ticketing & shipping requirements, based on vendor guidelines.
  • Monitor, review, and resolve compliance errors to ensure orders are processed in adherence to our vendor compliance requirements.
  • Assist EDI department with new customer set-up & mapping issues.
  • Assist Credit department on chargeback inquiries.

  • A high school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years experience in a similar role.
  • Highly self-motivated with an ability to operate beyond task level.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills and interpret data.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
