If you are new client, please come prepared with your pets medical records. Don't wait; secure your medical records now, so that we can book an appointment with you when an appointment space is available. Due to the possible overflow, appointments will be based on severity of illness.

$20,000 bonus paid quarterly over 1 year. Performance and production may affect your bonus.

I'm urgently looking for to veterinarians for our hospital in Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Miller will be retiring in 1year.
He's been in practice for over 40 years and is willing to mentor associates in all forms of surgery. Along with general care, we are considered to be more of a surgical hospital. Rarely do we refer out any case. We work with small animals, reptiles and other exotic animals.

Mentorship in the surgical field will be available.

Base salary is $85,000 + 20% of production.

2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are well-informed about their pet's health and treatment options.
3. Collaborating with the veterinary team to establish and implement medical protocols and procedures.
4. Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.
5. Contributing to the overall operation of the clinic, including maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
6. Participating in community outreach programs to promote animal health and wellness.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Veterinarian position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
2. Current and valid licensure to practice veterinary medicine.
3. Exceptional surgical and diagnostic skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical conditions and treatments to pet owners.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
6. A deep compassion for animals and a commitment to promoting their well-being.
7. The ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
