Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance - Operations to join our elite team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. The VP of Finance - Operations will provide financial guidance and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management. This role will report directly to the CFO and will have a significant impact on the company's long-term success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365, with expert financial modeling skills using Excel and Power BI and strong familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of driving process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge and ability to keep up with relevant industry regulations, compliance, and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful financial strategies and operations.
