Job Details
You will be reporting to the CEO as the leader of the company's brand strategy and marketing efforts.
You will lead brand and marketing functions, including brand positioning, brand awareness, business case development, marketing communications, traditional marketing, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, digital POS, e-commerce, social media, market insights/analytics, and product marketing/positioning/pricing.
· Conceptualize, develop, and establish brand standards and marketing strategy
· Increase brand awareness and market share through digital, print, social, email, and broadcast campaigns.
· Design omni approach to shopper marketing strategy & tactics to accelerate a seamless, integrated brand experiences
· Develop an updated creative platform and differentiated value propositions, including a brand asset and style guide.
· Create a brand and content strategy for earned media across owned channels.
· Lead all marketing efforts including digital, public relations, media, retail cafes and packaging
· Test, analyze, and optimize all campaigns based on identified KPIs.
· Drive sales and recruitment growth through multichannel campaign implementation.
· Primary responsibility for marketing plan, strategy, and team
· Identify, plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials for a multi-channel sport and nutrition company
· Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
· Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive sales growth
· Align sales and marketing strategies
· Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
· Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies
Required:
· MBA in Marketing or Business Administration
· 5+ years of successful marketing executive leadership experience
· Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
· In-depth knowledge of market research and digital marketing
· Experience in creating and executing strategic plans
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Must have experience in health and nutrition or food industry
