Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Architect long-term operational strategies that align with business growth and customer demands.
- Oversee all aspects of production planning, output efficiency, and product distribution.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for enhanced performance and cost efficiency.
- Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement initiatives and technical process upgrades.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing operations team, aligning personnel with business goals.
- Partner with finance to establish cost frameworks, capital investment plans, and ROI models.
- Work closely with product innovation teams to scale new technology and bring ideas to life on the factory floor.
- Identify and execute automation, outsourcing, and equipment upgrades to enhance output and quality.
- Stay current on regulatory standards and industry trends, ensuring compliant and progressive operations.
- Drive sustainable improvements in workforce productivity, morale, and systems thinking.
- Own cross-functional initiatives and delegate critical tasks to optimize team contribution.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, Manufacturing Ops, or Supply Chain.
- 15+ years in regulated, high-equipment manufacturing environments.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in operations or plant-level roles.
- Track record of scaling production and modernizing supply chains.
- Experience working in ISO and FDA-regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional initiatives and budget-driven operations.
