Job Details

Responsibilities


· Preparing video playback system project files,

· LED Video Processor mapping and content setup;

· Scheduling and monitoring active running projects;

· Configure LED processors and prepare racks and controls for specific projects;

· Technical support to the creative team.


Requirements


· Touring and Concert Industry experience;

· Excellent knowledges of audiovisual and IT solutions;

· Excellent skills with media servers, i.e. Disguise, 7th Sense etc. (programming and operation);

· Architectural lighting and/or stage lighting design knowledge is an asset;

· Good understanding of electronics, LED based systems, video and DMX;

· Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software knowledge is an asset;

· Capable of learning how to use various in-house software programs used company-wide;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities;

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail;

· Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook;

· Ability to travel throughout North America and International destinations;

· Bilingual French/English.
· Build supplier relationships.

· Prepare & Issue Procurement Status reports under guidance of Procurement Director.

· Support Procurement Director on Client reporting deliverables

· Visit supplier facilities when necessary.

· Supervise and follow up on Team’s purchasing and project assignments.

· Managing workload of 3 Buyers.

· Guiding buyers with their day-to-day activities / queries.

· Investigating savings opportunities on VPA, NET Payment Terms.

· Attend work group: Communication, under the guidance of the VP of HR for the purpose of improving the communication strategy internally / externally.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Commerce.

· 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing.

· 5+ years in leading a team and managing the performance of direct reports.

· Excellent knowledge of operations management and supply chain processes in a large organization.

· Understanding of MRP driven supply chain

· Excellent knowledge in Excel

· Experience in high value Project Environment

· Experience in multi-discipline organization structure

· Comfortable in interdepartmental communications and transfer of information.

· A passion for achieving results and a desire for team success in a growth environment.

· Analytical and Proactive approach in Problem Solving.

· Bilingual: French and English.
