Job Details
VP Facilities:
The Vice President of Facilities will lead the strategic management of multiple outpatient/ambulatory healthcare facilities and physical assets. They will ensure the overall maintanence, management and regulatory compliance. The VP Facilities will lead and manage multiple ongoing and future renovations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related area
* MBA Preferred
* Qualified candidates will have 7-10 years of Facilities Management experience in a Healthcare setting
* Prefer 5+ years Director level or higher in a healthcare or community health setting
* Experience managing multiple Ambulatory/Outpatient Health Centers or Healthcare Facilities required
* Proficient knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA, DPH, and all other state/federal regulatory standards
* Bilingual Spanish Preferred
