Specializing in developing cost-effective technical solutions to suite our client's needs. We provide key design insights, and prototypes in line with the pace of our client's project. Following established Lean Six Sigma methods, utilizing ISO quality systems, and ensuring our solutions perform through rigorous testing.

• Develop, execute and continually improve our company’s strategic operating plan
• Drive change in the organization, functioning as a catalyst for the organization to embrace and implement proven and emerging strategies
• Drive Operational Excellence best practices, such as daily management, processes & metrics, standard work, lean, and perfect execution
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, and HR to deliver a best-in-class customer and employee experience
• Lead team of Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Safety professionals
• Lead a multi-shift operation to meet production goals and customer delivery requirements
• Lead quality team in the development of processes to ensure we connect customer concerns to improvements in our processes and design
• Develop individuals, teams and the future leaders of our organization
