As a Permanent Warehouse Manager, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, overseeing the entire warehouse to ensure seamless and efficient processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all warehouse concerning activities. You will manage the end-to-end process in the warehouse and strive for efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Your role will be vital in maintaining the integrity of the warehouse inventory and its correct allocation for dispatching.

Responsibilities:
Management of three warehouse associates
Maintaining accurate inventory counts, requesting stock builds from production, and removing product that is not moving
Organization and cleanliness of 20,000sqft facility audited weekly

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in operations, production, and plastics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and databases.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
• High level of physical fitness and strength to lift heavy items and work on your feet for most of the day.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
