Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Wastewater Project Manager to join our team. In this challenging and exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and executing wastewater projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including project planning, cost control, risk management, quality control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of wastewater projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate and work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Perform technical reviews of project designs and construction documents, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage and oversee the construction of pump stations, pipelines, and other wastewater infrastructure.
• Oversee and ensure the proper implementation of safety procedures and protocols on all project sites.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in wastewater, water, or related industry.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) status is a must.
• Proven experience in construction, specifically in commercial projects and pipeline construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction documents, building codes, and landscape.
• Proficiency in document control and management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all safety regulations.
