Qualifications
- Drive the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent in the blockchain, crypto, and fintech spaces using creative sourcing strategies and diverse channels.
- Manage interviews, provide valuable feedback, and collaborate on crafting competitive offers.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates, serving as a champion for the company’s mission and culture.
- Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 4+ YOE in a recruitment position, overseeing the process end-to-end
- Bachelor's degree in communication, business, finance, operations, or a related field
- Proven experience establishing recruiting processes, policies, and hiring initiatives 0 to 1 in a startup setting (less than 30 people)
- Experience in crypto, Web3, or related tech industry (crypto infra or Layer 2 is a a big plus)
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process using an ATS
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
