The instructor will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in welding techniques, ensuring students gain the practical and theoretical knowledge necessary for a successful career in the welding industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver curriculum that covers welding theory, safety procedures, pipe fitting, and various welding processes such as SMAW, MIG, TIG, and carbon/stainless steel welding.
- Conduct both classroom instruction and hands-on training, ensuring students develop the skills needed to excel in the welding industry.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students in their welding practices and technique development.
- Create, administer, and grade practical and theoretical exams to assess students' progress and mastery of welding techniques.
- Ensure that students follow safety regulations and proper welding techniques in the workshop.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of welding technology, industry standards, and safety practices.
- Help students prepare for certifications or licensure in welding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve program curriculum, student outcomes, and program growth.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with welding advancements and educational practices.
