Wanted: An Experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney To Join Our Growing Firm At Our Office In Orange County, CA!

Responsibilities
  • Attend court hearings
  • Handle oral arguments
  • Strong writing and research skills plus proficiency with written discovery
  • Experienced defending and taking depositions

Required Skills and Experience
  • Must have experience in both state and federal court.
  • Must have strong research and a high level of writing skills
  • Extensive law and motion practice and discovery experience
  • Proficiency with depositions
  • Trial experience is a plus!
  • Franchise and distribution law, comprising much of trade secret work and soft IP experience
