- Attend court hearings
- Handle oral arguments
- Strong writing and research skills plus proficiency with written discovery
- Experienced defending and taking depositions
Required Skills and Experience
- Must have experience in both state and federal court.
- Must have strong research and a high level of writing skills
- Extensive law and motion practice and discovery experience
- Proficiency with depositions
- Trial experience is a plus!
- Franchise and distribution law, comprising much of trade secret work and soft IP experience
