Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your experience and skills? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role involves maintaining and repairing various types of production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. This position offers weekly pay and a chance to work with a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and fix them before they escalate.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly and reduce the likelihood of future breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others during maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
• Work on electrical systems, mechanical systems, mills, laths, circuits, PLC, ABB, Fanuc, automation, and robotics.
• Document all maintenance and repair work for future reference and quality control purposes.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes and achieve common goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with preventive maintenance, equipment repair, troubleshooting, lockout/tagout procedures, and safety compliance.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, quality control, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with components, mills, laths, circuits, PLC, ABB, Fanuc, automation, and robotics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• A relevant certification or diploma in a technical field is preferred.
