The Director of Capital Markets will play a crucial role in formulating and executing our capital markets strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate finance and capital markets, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners. The Director of Capital Markets plays a key role within the investment team including capital markets, acquisitions, and development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience in capital markets, real estate finance, or a related field
• Experience with construction loans, commercial loans, and bridge loans
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors and securing debt financing
• Deep understanding of real estate finance, capital markets, and investment strategies
• Strong network of investors, lenders, and other financial partners in the real estate industry
• Ability to develop and execute capital markets strategies to support business objectives
