Job Details

The Family Law Attorney will assume ownership of a portfolio of cases that includes divorce, child custody, visitation rights, child support, domestic violence cases, alimony, spousal support, and the equitable distribution of assets.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a champion for our clients, guiding them through some of the most challenging times of their lives with legal acumen and a supportive touch.
  • Engage in spirited litigation, mediations, and negotiations, with the skill to remain poised and effective even amidst the most emotionally taxing situations.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the firm, with opportunities for advancement and partnership.

Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing of the New Jersey state bar.
  • 5+ years of experience in family law (partnership opportunities available for more experienced candidates).
  • Proven track record of handling a diverse range of family law matters.
  • Stellar litigation, mediation, and negotiation skills, with a thorough understanding of family law practices and procedures.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and dedicated to building the future of family law services.
