Job Details

** Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado **

  • 4+ years of actively litigating Personal Injury cases
  • Previous experience investigating premises liability cases, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, retaining experts, motions practice, and jury trials.
  • Well versed in the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, and have experience in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials.
  • The successful attorney will handle a caseload of approximately 30 cases from the start of litigation through trial and will have a full-time paralegal assigned to them and will be responsible for supervision of the paralegal.
