You’ll be successful if you have:
8+ years of engineering experience. With at least 2 years in a Staff Level Position.
Experience working in a startup environment (think ownership, agility, and innovation).
Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude with an ability to mentor more junior engineers.
Experience working with our stack (Python/Django).
Experience with cloud containerization Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building performant scalable software.
Low ego and strong orientation to cross-functional work and stakeholder collaboration.


What do we need:
Language: Python//Django
Containerization Experience: Docker or Kubernetes
Cloud Environment: GCP (interest in working in this environment)
Experience with Monolithic to Microservices Migration
Start-up Environment Experience: Ad-hoc nature of operation and fast-paced
Databases: SQL
