Job Details

We are hiring for a Senior Director of Engineering to oversee multiple teams that touch operations software as well as ERP/CRM. You will be responsible for Code Reviews, Architecture, and System Design, along with building and delivering on technical roadmap. Additionally, overseeing a team of 10 and growing that team.

Key Responsibilities And Essential Functions
  • Help set our technical vision and work across engineering and product teams to instill, enact, and iterate on that vision
  • Collaboratively partner with product, data science, UX, and other teams within the organization to drive business outcomes; actively build relationships outside of the engineering organization

Required Skills:
  • Must have experience developing with Python, Java, and/or C#.Net
  • Must have cloud experience (AWS preferred; Azure okay.)
  • Must have experience breaking down monoliths into microservices
  • Must have experience managing other Managers
  • Strong experience building APIs and other integration efforts.
  • Experience working with or managing a team through ERP upgrade or implementation projects willl be a plus
  • Experience with SalesForce or another CRM is a plus
  • Extensive experience recruiting, retaining and leading high-functioning engineering teams in fast-paced product-focused environments
