MULTIPLE RN roles availble with 20K Sign on Bonus – Choice of Borough to work in!

  • RN Hospice Case Manager – Complete 4 patient visits per day in SNF setting. Work from home in afternoon
  • RN Hospice Case Manager at Manhattan Hospital 4 day work week (10) shifts (8a to 6p)
  • Pediatric Hospice Case Manager - Complete 4 patient visits per day in SNF setting. Work from home in afternoon
  • Onsite Hospice Triage RN in Call Center (Monday thru Friday 9am to 5 pm)
  • Hospice Admissions RN
