Are you an experienced insurance professional with a knack for managing personal lines accounts? Are you looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role that will challenge and reward you in equal measure? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role offers a blend of remote and in-office work, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

** This is a hybrid work schedule. Some office time required to meet with clients in person.


As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
2. Handling all aspects of the client relationship, from initial contact and proposal development to policy renewals and claims management.
3. Working closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and develop tailored solutions.
4. Navigating complex billing issues, ensuring that clients understand their invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure that all client needs are met and that service levels are consistently high.
6. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
7. Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.


The ideal candidate for the Personal Lines Account Manager role will have:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance, with a focus on personal lines, life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
2. Proven experience in claims management and billing.
3. Experience in developing proposals and managing policy renewals.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex billing issues and resolve disputes.
6. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts.
8. The ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work.
