We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for a part-time role in our Healthcare organization. The role is focused on the clean-up of Master Data in our Accounts Payable department. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your data entry, auditing, reconciliation, and master data cleanup skills in a meaningful way. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of 1099 and W9 forms, and the ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
As a part-time consultant in our Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting a comprehensive review and clean-up of our Master Data in the Accounts Payable system.
2. Identifying and correcting errors in the data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Conducting regular audits of the data to identify and address any issues.
4. Reconciling data discrepancies and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
5. Managing the processing of 1099 and W9 forms, including data entry and validation.
6. Collaborating with other team members to improve data management processes and systems.
7. Providing regular updates and reports on the status of the data clean-up project.
8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to data management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
2. Proven experience in data entry, auditing, reconciliation, and master data cleanup.
3. Strong knowledge of 1099 and W9 forms.
4. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data.
8. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to data management in the healthcare industry.
9. Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in data management.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
