Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll for ~10,000 employees using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
- Maintain payroll records, including employee hours, deductions, and benefits data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related questions.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a multi-state environment.
- Proficiency with UKG payroll systems or similar platforms.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Wednesday, approximately 24+ hours per week.
- Duration: 6 months October through March
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $32–$38/hour, commensurate with experience.
