Job Details

Responsibilities:

Develop CNC programs for various machines using G-code and other programming languages
Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the best manufacturing methods
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce complex parts with high precision
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of finished products
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a CNC set-up tech or machinist
Proficient in programming languages such as G-code and experience with CNC machines such as Mori and Fanuc
Experience with lathes, horizontal and vertical mills
Strong understanding of blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Familiarity with Renishaw probing systems and tooling
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments
