Job Details:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Material Handler to join one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials within the injection molding facility, ensuring the timely and efficient handling of raw materials, resins, and finished products. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth production runs and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare raw materials and additives for injection molding production.
• Monitor material inventory levels, track usage, and report shortages or excesses.
• Load and unload materials into molding machines, ensuring proper measurements and material quality.
• Assist machine operators by ensuring the correct materials are available for production runs.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to meet company standards.
• Keep accurate records of material usage, deliveries, and inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures for handling and storing materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are available and production schedules are met.
• Inspect and maintain handling equipment and storage bins to ensure they are in proper working condition.
