Requirements

• JD + Admitted in New Jersey, in good standing
• 3+ years of Litigation Experience
• Civil Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: appeals, business, corporate, commercial, contract, construction, insurance defense, employment, estate planning and probate,landlord/tenant, unfair competition, and trade secrets.
• Strong experience in handling litigation from start to finish, including Pleadings, discovery, depositions, arguing motions, mediations and trial
