We operate two FAA-certified Part 145 repair stations, maintain an avionics dealership, and provide maintenance, repair, and modification services for A&D, commercial, and general aviation aircraft customers. We are also expanding into aircraft flight operations, training, and test support, including manned aerial targets and other emerging aerospace technologies.

Job Details
Repair and maintain components used for aircraft structures and engines. Inspect various aircraft systems, including engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, brakes, valves, pumps, and air-conditioning systems. Keep detailed records of maintenance performed on aircraft. Mechanics may also repair sheet metal or composite surfaces, relying on pilots' descriptions of issues to identify and fix faulty equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Proficient in computer use
General knowledge of federal regulations
Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints and drawings
Ability to read and understand aircraft wiring diagrams
Legally operate a motorized vehicle
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting, including airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems
Conduct all necessary airframe and power plant repairs and modifications to meet company and FAA requirements
Remove and disassemble defective parts; assemble and install replacement parts; and test aircraft systems
Operate all power tools and equipment necessary to complete job assignments
Complete all required maintenance records accurately
Record time worked on work orders precisely
Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints
Tow and park aircraft
Perform other aircraft maintenance tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid FAA-issued A&P License required
3-5 years of general aviation experience
Proficiency in the English language required
Strong verbal and written communication skills desired
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical, as well as an FBI criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, lie down, kneel, and climb stairs, scaffolds, or ladders
Frequently lift, pull, and hold objects weighing more than 70 pounds
Ear protection is necessary due to common noise and vibration when engines are on
