Jobot client is seeking an individual with a minimum of five (5) years experience in estimating asbestos, lead, and PCB abatement and removal projects as well as building demolition and interior strip-out work. Knowledge of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island Department of Public Health regulations is preferred. State licensed Designer or Asbestos Supervisor is also preferred. Background in estimating interior work for re-occupancy, preparation for mass demolition, and exterior abatement of building materials and buried utility systems is preferred. Experience using Bid2Win, HeavyBid, or similar estimating software is preferred. Individuals must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. A four-year degree in construction management or engineering is preferred. Candidates who possess previous work experience as an estimator and/or previous management of abatement projects will receive higher consideration.
